PAI Coach

A private personal automation tool. One operator, one Google account, no sign-ups.

PAI Coach is a self-hosted assistant that its operator runs on their own computer. It connects to that same person's Google account so it can file their email and keep their task list in sync with the notes and reminders they capture elsewhere.

It is not a commercial service. There is nothing here to sign up for, no accounts to create, and no version of this software that holds anyone else's data. It exists because one person wanted their own mail and to-do list to stop living in three places at once.

What it connects to

With the operator's explicit consent, PAI Coach uses the Google APIs to:

Read and organize messages in the operator's own Gmail mailbox — labelling, archiving, and sorting bulk mail so the inbox stays legible.
Send mail as the operator, when the operator asks it to.
Read and write the operator's own Google Tasks lists, so tasks captured on a phone and tasks captured on a desktop end up as one list.

Where the data goes: nowhere. PAI Coach runs locally. It has no server, no database in the cloud, and no analytics. Data pulled from Google stays on the operator's own machine and is never sold, shared, or used to train any model.
