PAI Coach ("the application") is a private, self-hosted personal automation tool operated by a single individual ("the operator") for their own use. It is not a commercial product, not a hosted service, and is not offered to the public. There is no sign-up, no account creation, and no paid tier.
Only the operator. No licence to use, copy, host, or redistribute the application is granted to anyone else by the existence of this page.
The operator uses the application only against their own Google Account and their own data, and in compliance with the Google APIs Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy. The application is not used to access any third party's account, to send unsolicited bulk mail, or to circumvent any Google policy or rate limit.
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
The application is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime commitment. It may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
The application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or in connection with the application.
These terms may be updated; the effective date above will change when they are.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
